We aim to make delivery fast and reliable.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

No shipping or delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

Gaming PCs ordered on Friday are shipped for Saturday delivery with DPD.

All other items ship for next-business-day delivery.
If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Options

Free Shipping: Available on all UK domestic orders.

Next-Day Delivery: Order by 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) for next working day delivery.
3. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details.

Tracking numbers activate within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping

We can ship to most countries worldwide.
