At Dr Memory, we stand by the quality of our products. This page explains our warranty coverage, limitations, and how to claim a repair or replacement.


1. Gaming PCs

Coverage:

  • All Gaming PCs are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Parts: 2 years

  • Labour: 3 years

  • Warranty period starts from the original purchase date.

Exclusions:

  • Wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage

  • Damage from unauthorised modifications, repairs, or alterations

  • Damage caused by external events (e.g., floods, fires, natural disasters)

  • Damage during return shipping caused by insufficient packaging


2. Memory RAM

Coverage:

  • New Memory RAM: Lifetime warranty for defects in materials and workmanship

  • Refurbished/Used Memory RAM: 1-year warranty

  • 60-Day Refund Policy: Customers can return RAM within 60 days of purchase for a full refund if not satisfied (see our Shipping & Returns page for details).


3. General Conditions

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

  • Dr Memory may repair or replace defective parts with new or refurbished components

  • If repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer an alternative solution or partial refund


4. Limitations

  • Warranty does not cover software issues, data loss, or failure to follow product instructions

  • Warranty service is void if the product has been modified or repaired by a third party

A: Use the original packaging or similar quality packaging. Include all original components unless instructed otherwise. We do not cover damages caused by insufficient packaging.
